Erin’s smiling face is the one you’ll see when you step into our Ankeny clinic, but chances are you’ll already know her. She will have been the one who has helped book your appointment, or answered your questions on the phone before you ever walked in the door. And that’s one of the qualities of medical care at IFM she is so happy to provide. “We’re consistent. It’s me online, me on the phone,and me in the office. You already know me.” And that’s why she is so happy to work at IFM. “There had to be more,” she says, and IFM brings it. “It feels like we can because we do. We’ve opened up doors for the patients who felt stuck.” And it’s Erin, smiling, behind the door when you come in.
