Insurance BillingYes, we take insurance! At IFM, we take financial responsibility seriously, and so should you. Our patients are required to understand their insurance plan and coverage limitations. If you are unsure of what your plan covers, contact the member number on the back of your card and have them review your benefits prior to your visit at IFM. Please note, our cash prices for services are only honored on the day of the service. If you choose to have your insurance billed, you may have a higher cost for our services in a patient statement, than our cash prices depending on your insurance plan. Honestly?
