Meet Dr. Nellie Keys: Gentle, Transformative Care for Mind & Body
✤My Background
My path to becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic started with something deeply personal — my own life-changing experience with Network Spinal care. I wasn’t just fascinated by the science, I was transformed by it. It shifted how I related to stress, healing, and life itself, and I knew I had found the work I was meant to do.
I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree and specialized training in Network Spinal, an energy-based approach that’s very different from traditional chiropractic adjustments. Instead of forceful movements, Network Spinal uses gentle, precise contacts along the spine to help the nervous system release tension, restore balance, and tap into its natural ability to heal.
I’ve always been fascinated by how the body carries our stories. Stress, tension, and trauma don’t just live in our minds, they live in our nervous system. Helping people release those patterns and reconnect with themselves feels less like a job and more like a calling.

✤My Transition to Integrative Family Medicine
I was drawn to IFM because of its whole-person approach to care. Here, patients aren’t reduced to symptoms — they’re seen, heard, and supported in ways that honor both mind and body. My role fits right in, because Network Spinal is all about helping the body heal itself and thrive.
When you visit me, my hope is that you leave feeling lighter, more connected, and more in tune with your own potential. Yes, we’re working with your spine and your nervous system, but really, we’re working with your capacity for joy, peace, and resilience. I promise to bring curiosity, compassion, and maybe even a few laughs into every session, while always honoring the seriousness of the healing journey you’re on. |
What is Network Spinal?
Network Spinal is a gentle, holistic approach to chiropractic care that focuses on helping the body release stored tension and access greater ease. Instead of forceful adjustments, it uses light, precise touches to the spine that cue your nervous system to unwind old patterns of stress. Over time, this can help improve posture, increase flexibility, support emotional well-being, and expand your overall sense of vitality. Many people describe feeling calmer, more centered, and more connected to themselves after sessions.
