Insurance Billing
Yes, we accept insurance!
At IFM, we take financial responsibility seriously, and we want you to do the same. It's important for our patients to know what their insurance covers and any limits it may have. If you're not sure about your coverage, just call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask them to explain your benefits before you come to IFM.
Keep in mind, if you're paying cash for our services, the prices we quote are only valid on the day of your appointment.
If you decide to use your insurance, you might end up paying more out-of-pocket than if you paid cash, depending on your insurance plan.
To be honest, we prefer it if you pay upfront with cash. We'll give you a detailed receipt called a superbill that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you have any questions about this, just call your insurance company.

For other companies like Tricare and Health Partners, we can still bill your insurance, but it might be considered out-of-network.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Molina Healthcare right now.

For those without insurance or with a high deductible plan, we offer cash prices on the day of service.

- New patient appointment with a psychiatric or family practice provider is $249.
- Urgent care and Follow up visits are $149
- Well Child visits are $139.
- Health coaching visits are $49.
- Counseling visits are $149.
- Lactation visits are $149.
