how does a telehealth visit work?
A telehealth visit is simple and convenient! A few minutes before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a link via text message and email. Just click on that link, and it will seamlessly take you directly to your virtual visit.
What happens if I don't complete the required items before my appointment
​Failure to complete the necessary items prior to your appointment may result in cancellation. Please reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION/NO SHOW POLICY?
Patients can cancel an appointment up to 2 business days (48 hours) prior to their appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule within the 48 hour period will incur a $99 fee. Any no show appointment may incur a $99 fee. Any Repeated cancellations and no-show patients may be restricted from future bookings.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment if needed?
Absolutely. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate your request and assist you accordingly. You can call us at 515-218-1399
Are there any dietary restrictions or guidelines to follow before my visit?
Nope! Your first appointment is all about establishing your care plan and customizing the program to fit your needs. Following the initial appointment, your provider will provide detailed instructions for you. Feel free to come as you are!
