​It’s that time of year again…..when we make (and break) resolutions! Here at IFM, we have designed a weight loss support program to help you with medically supervised weight loss. We have worked hard designing this program to help reduce cravings, increase metabolism, and increase motivation to exercise using weekly vitamin/amino acid injections, coaching sessions, and other medications as needed. We will tailor your plan to increase your success. This is not a program for rapid, unhealthy, unsustainable weight loss. Instead we are helping you change your lifestyle gradually and sustainably so that this will be a resolution that you keep!

What is in the injection? Lipo-Mino Mix is a special fat burning combination of methionine, inositol, choline, carnitine, B1, B2, B6 and B12. Each of these ingredients can help the body turn fat into energy without giving you palpitations or adverse side effects.

What medications can be used? Depending on your personalized plan and overall health, we can use low-dose naltrexone to help curb cravings or even prescription medications such as Contrave or Phentermine.

It is very hard for me to lose weight, how will this program be different?
If you are struggling to lose weight, we are here to support you and figure out the root cause of your inability to lose weight. Here at IFM, we look at the whole picture: sleep, stress, diet, exercise, and chronic conditions that may be affecting your metabolism to name a few.

How much does it cost? The cost of this program varies depending on what your body needs, but the base cost for 1 month is about $275. This includes initial consult, weekly injections and health coaching sessions, plus nightly naltrexone. Additional costs would be supplements or lab work if needed, or prescriptions per your insurance plan.

How long can I do this program for? The injections are vitamins, so you can continue them as long as you need, up to 3-6 months. We can tailor an ongoing plan for you based on your goals.
